Traci McBride is a mature, creative entrepreneur whose personal mantra is to seize the day. It’s her moxie and zest that attracts others to her, yet it’s her warm and genuine compassion that reels them in. Even at a young age, Traci was a motivated self-starter. An early career under the wings of other successful entrepreneurs was her stepping stone into a profession in sales and marketing.

With a strong background in business management, Traci’s initiative and creativity landed her positions in art, fashion and eventually a career as a licensed Realtor®. Learning to balance family, career and self was the biggest hurdle of Traci’s life; ironically it was that lesson alone that led her to her current career as an Image Consultant and founder of TeeMcBee Image Consulting.

To spare other women the tough lesson she endured, Traci now focuses her attention on her passion of helping individuals and businesses by enhancing their image. Her philosophy is that while image is not a reflection of one’s worth, perception of that image resonates in one’s personal and professional relationships.

In addition to nurturing her consulting business, Traci volunteers and raises funds for Dress for Success of Cleveland. Additionally, she enjoys spending time with her family which includes a supportive husband, two goal-oriented sons, and her one and only grandbaby. She enjoys summer evenings spent on an outdoor patio, walking nature paths in her suburban, lakeside community and weekend trips to bed and breakfast inns around the country. Traci firmly believes “we all have control over only one commodity – ourselves” and to that end, she continually strives to achieve new, higher goals for herself seizing the day every step of the way.

Recently, Sun Life Newspapers featured TeeMcBee Image Consulting on the front of their Style Section highlighting a recent Swap Party. Additionally, Traci McBride was featured on Cleveland’s FOX affiliate, WJW, as an expert in her field during their segment on landing a new job in a recession-filled economy. WJW filmed the TV segment above during a SIGNATURE SWAP PARTY by TeeMcBee .

TeeMcBee Image Consulting was and continues to be an evolving business born by the creativity of its founder, Traci McBride. Simply stated, her philosophy is that "You can have the best message to share, but if others are distracted by your image they can't hear the message."

Today, as an Image Consultant and founder of TeeMcBee Image Consulting, Traci applies the knowledge and experience of her sales/marketing career along with her own life lessons to her current work of aiding people and businesses in polishing their most valuable asset – themselves.

Whether the client is a young professional developing her workplace image or a middle-aged mother returning to the workforce, TeeMcBee customizes personal image services with closet audits, personal shopping service, and MILESTONE MAKEOVERS . Without regard to age, income, size or circumstance Traci will help identify habits or practices a client has developed that now sabotage her self-image and confidence. Once those habits are tamed, Traci will help translate the client’s renewed love of self into a style and image to look forward to each morning.

For businesses, TeeMcBee offers on-site business critiques with FRESH PERSPECTIVE , client retention and marketing evaluations and Events WITH PURPOSE including the planning and coordination of interactive company workshops, focus groups and presentation critiques. Traci’s unique experience and creative approach to business captures the essence of small businesses’ best practices and helps business owners capitalize on them.

TeeMcBee’s community involvement includes their continued support of Dress for Success Cleveland, an organization committed to outfitting underprivileged women entering or returning to the workplace. Support for this cause includes funds raised via workshops of which the nominal attendance fee goes directly to Dress for Success and clothing/accessory donations by their clients. Additionally TeeMcBee focuses on “green” events such as their SIGNATURE SWAP PARTY where participants “trade” unflattering clothes and accessories for those more flattering based on the advice of Traci McBride, herself. Other eco-friendly business practices include paperless invitations, newsletters and periodic correspondence via web and email.

Traci helped me understand what works for me. Being short (5') I always had problems (over 50 years) finding a fit that works for my body type. I had a lot of fun and am confident that I will me able to expand my wardrobe from all the advice she gave me.

I was one of the very lucky attendees at the February swap party held by Traci McBride of TeeMcBee Image Consulting. It was a fabulous, fun-filled evening, and something you can feel good about when you leave - donating your clothese to a great cause and walking away with a few items. It was so much fun that I'm dragging one of my girlfriends to the next one! Thanks Traci for all you do!
